Here's my progress from today. tomorrow / friday is going to be be working on cutting the sintra and painting the plastic strips that hold the board together.
The five large prints I have are all trimmed and a much more manageable size.
It still wasn't big enough for most of them.
I made myself a big cutting surface.
this is what nearly $800 in Sintra looks like...

the corrected Tamarack Pool... I had to start from scratch, but I'm happy with the results.
the outdoor pool at Grossinger's... I don't think I'll use it for a final piece, but I still think it looks neat.
some of the beds are still made.. all of the walls are still carpeted.
from around The Tamarack...
Here's a bunch more stuff from around The Starlite... I think I'm back on track now.. I've been fighting my computer hardware for the last three weeks trying to work with these huge files (around 3GB each). I found a way to automate the placing of the images using Bridge and Photoshop, as Illustrator just couldn't handle it. I was able to add another 2GB of ram to my computer, which is the max it'll take and still boot up... so I have a total of 6GB of ram now, and with just Photoshop running, I'm using 5.95 GB of it. I'm defiantly at the limits of my computer. At the end of this week I'm making a trip to North Carolina to print some full sized versions on my uncle's large format printer, so we can figure out our first meeting within the next couple of weeks, discuss them, and get a timeframe together. I still really love every aspect of this project, and I'm truly appreciative of constant support and enthusiasm that I get from the three of you. Thanks for everything, and I'll see you soon.

from the Tamarack..
I took a ton of pictures this week... I went back to the Tamarack to fix what I shot before, and stopped at Grossinger's again on the way home and got some more pictures there as well, I'll get some pictures up from there soon. I also went to the Starlite Music Theater yesterday and got a lot of pictures. Anyway, here's a few and I'll get more up as I get them edited.

I made it to The Tamarack Lodge and got a bunch of pictures... here's some of them, I shot a large one in the indoor pool. I was surprised when I walked in because every other picture showed the chairs all in the pool.. That's not the case now, as is the nature of this, but I got a picture of the reason why it was cleared.
I've got a bunch more, I'll have them ready for monday.
