Here's a bunch more stuff from around The Starlite... I think I'm back on track now.. I've been fighting my computer hardware for the last three weeks trying to work with these huge files (around 3GB each). I found a way to automate the placing of the images using Bridge and Photoshop, as Illustrator just couldn't handle it. I was able to add another 2GB of ram to my computer, which is the max it'll take and still boot up... so I have a total of 6GB of ram now, and with just Photoshop running, I'm using 5.95 GB of it. I'm defiantly at the limits of my computer. At the end of this week I'm making a trip to North Carolina to print some full sized versions on my uncle's large format printer, so we can figure out our first meeting within the next couple of weeks, discuss them, and get a timeframe together. I still really love every aspect of this project, and I'm truly appreciative of constant support and enthusiasm that I get from the three of you. Thanks for everything, and I'll see you soon.

  1. That is cool. Your welcome. We believe in you...

As for your computer are you keeping all of it on your HD? Can you edit from a firewire external HD? Al this work looks really interesting, lots to go around. I am interested to hear you talk more about it when you return with your tests. How large can your Uncle's printer go? Are you trying to fit it all on one?

Also, I would really like to meet the first week to setup a schedule..second week at the latest! When do you return from NC? Talk to you soon.
